Awesome Offsides play!!??!!??

It's hard to believe an offsides play could be so cool, but it really was.

I have the ball, just inside the 18. I have another attacker near the corner of the 6 in offside position. I took a shot, the keeper saved it off to the side. My guy in offside position runs over to the ball to put it back in. The ref then blows the offside whistle.

It was the right call, but I never dreamed I would see it in a video game. I know FIFA wouldn't do something like that....LOL.

Sorry to waste space if this is no big deal, but I was quite impressed with it!

Anyone else see plays like that?

yes i love every aspect of the game, i like the rule where if there is a foul it's not always caleed ref let's the play go aslong as the team that was fouled still has possesion of the ball...

it's the closest thing to real soccer you can play

I've had several of those, the latest one was the tying goal for the other team, but it was taken back cause he was offsides..... The PSE3 experience...:rockman: oh yea I scored a goal with my keeper too, and it wasn't those last second corners, it was during open play......

The opposite already happened to me in PES3, I have scored a goal with a player who was in offside position... The play was a bit confusing, I could only verify when I watched the replay... Awesome reality! Congratulations KONAMI!

sometimes the ref calls for offside when the player in offside never touch the ball and don't interact with the play... but in general the referees are good... sometimes... lol

I've had moments like work against me. Thinking I'd scored a goal to put me 2-1 up with only seconds to play, was all happy and didn't even hear the whistle. Imagine my dismay when I saw the replay on screen...just like real life footie!
