Roberto Baggio has sensationally revealed that he is considering a return to football just a few months after announcing his retirement from the game.
"I have received some interesting offers," he said. "I must evaluate my own physical fitness before giving them a response."

Bologna and Fiorentina are believed to be two of the clubs in for his services.

The sentimental choice may be Fiorentina, where Baggio first made an impact on Serie A back in the 1986-87 season.

Baggio is with no doubt one of the best italian player, he played very well last season, there are a lot of player worst of him (Del piero)... Baggio must return!

Baggio isn't the type to lose his reputation. Even if he played poorly he'd still be seen as an all time great. But I doubt he would return and play poorly anyhow.

I hope he plays one more season.

Ummm stylus are u trying to say that del piero isnt a good player??? if thats what u are saying u are soo terribly wrong!!! del piero is a great player. maybe his recent form hasnt been great due to consecutive injuries u do realise he is lucky to still be playing football after one major injury some years back? do some reasearch before you comment you idiot!!:kader:

Del Pierro is overweight and sh!te these days. Such a shame, I used to love watching him on Football Italia when it was on. He only gets into the NT on past merit - but maybe he'll come good again.

enigma i fully agree with u mate. but i just hate it when ppl dont justify what they mean. heck it might be for last season, it might be career wise? i want to know how he meant that he was a worse player?

i mean if anyone said that about my 2 fave football teams juventus and arsenal id shoot them!!!

i cried when the divine ponytail retired. it was the end of something special. i want him to return i feel that fiorentina would be the best team to go to. i cant believe the team from firenze is turning out to be a 2nd chelsea

Del Piero is a good player, but after an accident some years (during 1998/99 season) ago he isn't the same... You can't deny that Del Piero of ten years ago is better that this del piero..
