SO I CAN IMPORT THEM INTO AFS explorer plz

and if it's possible the official ball of european 2004 in portugal

Ball makers say them balls cant be done cause they are 3 panel balls not 4.

but they can for We7 and PES3 PS2 which use 3 panel balls and WE7i has the geo merlin

The 3 panel ball model does not exist in the PC version unfortunately. Without it, you can't do a Fevernova.

Could you just export ball01.mdl (model) from PS2 version and just import it into PC version ?

I haven't tried it personally, but I have asked this very question in the past and been told that it is NOT possible.
