Banner for a website- Request!!

I was hoping that one of you guys would help me make a decent banner for a website that would replace this one:

I was hoping that you guys would include all the messages included in the original, and make "Polonia Mielec" (the name of the team) most distinguishable..

The high-resolution crest for the team is this:

and maybe incorporate the fans in the background...

completely up to you guys...I don't think it can get any worse than the banner already up

Wasn't this team featured in an article in Pilka Nozna recently?

It's very possible...This is a team from an amateur metropolitan league here in Chicago, and they have actually played in several tournaments amongst other such teams around the U.S.- in New York , Wisconsin, (and won this year's tournament!!)..I'm not sure if it would be mentioned in a Polish magazine like that, but I wouldn't be surprised...

By the way, you can use that site to actually upload files. To do this, just enter a random e-mail address, and send the file. Then you get a confirmation number address, from which you can download the file.
