He was bloody amazing in that game though ... for 89 minutes. I was way more pissed to see Bremen being knocked out after dominating the Mafia boys for most of the two legs than us getting our asses spanked a day later.

i wanted bremen to advance too, but he has a big mouth for someone who made that kind of mistake in such a big game at such a critical moment.

Last season they kicked our butts with a 3-0 at the Weserstadion. Their defense has been suberb since the arrival of Mertesacker. Bayern look a lot better on awayground against tough opponents this year. I'd be pleased with a draw.

We conceded the third one at the wrong time. We dominated the second half and then Lucio scored some weird own goal. What's up with him anyway? He's a freaking liability, a small injury break might help him. We could put either Demichelis or Sagnol next to van Buyten.

We need our midfield engine Hargreaves for these tough games. We have lost all away games since his injury. He should be back in training in about two weeks.

But there's no shame losing to Bremen, they are at least at the same level as Bayern.

the bundesliga isnt done yet, i mean we have seen st.pauli pull of a victory against bremen. bayern still have a chance plus this season the teams have been really evened out.

No. Even if we do suck this season, we're still easily gonna finish at least third. I can only see Bremen and Schalke being able to perform at a consistently high level for the whole season, the others don't have the quality.

That was the third loss on awayground in a row. Can I blame the players? No, even I can hardly get my ass motivated for the league anymore. We won the domestic double in the past two seasons, quite frankly I'd rather finish second in the league and then make the semis in the CL. Besides, I think Bremen deserve to win something. I mean they have 1/3 of our budget and put together a highly entertaining quality side that's as good as ours. Plus they play 9 German players in their starting team.
