Btw does anyone have Deislers goal when he used to play G'labdah. I'm talking about the goal in witch he took the ball from his goal to the other.

Bayern aim to sign off with a flourish

Felix Magath's men have completed 32 league matches, or some 2,880 competitive minutes this term, scoring 66 goals and winning on 22 occasions. Towards 5.30 pm on Saturday, after the penultimate game of the league programme at home to Nuremberg, the Munich club will finally be presented with the famous championship shield, their 19th domestic triumph overall.

"I've won plenty in the past, but even for me this is a fantastic reward for everything that's gone before. It's all been worth it," Oliver Kahn said on Friday, almost overcome with anticipation ahead of the official championship party before and after the final fixture at the Olympic stadium.

As skipper, Kahn will be first to take the treasured trophy in his hands. The Germany keeper now has six Bundesliga winners' medals, two of them as club captain. After the shield has been presented, Kahn and the squad will set off on a lap of honour before parading in open-top Audis as far as the Town Hall square for a noisy reception.

Munich are determined to put on a memorable show against their Bavarian rivals. "Obviously, we want to bid farewell to the Olympic stadium with a win," Magath said before the 171st meeting between the sides (Live in English from 3.15 pm CET on FCB Champions Web Radio). Both teams have already hit their targets for the season, so an entertaining game is in store for the full house at the venerable old ground: all 63,000 tickets were snapped up months ago.

"We always wanted to come to Munich on the second-last day with the pressure off. It's fantastic we'll be there for the farewell match at the Olympic stadium," Nuremberg boss Wolfgang Wolf declared. However, the promoted outfit are not just visiting the state capital to shake a few hands and exchange pleasantries. "Obviously we'll congratulate Bayern on the championship. But actually, we'll be looking for a bit more than that," the coach smiled.

The visitors may be hoping to improve on their abject record in Munich. If history is anything to go by, Bayern should breeze home on Saturday. The Reds have kept five consecutive clean sheets against Nuremberg in Munich, and have only lost one of the 17 meetings at the Olympic stadium, a 3-1 reverse in 1992. Furthermore, Magath's men have won all seven of their home games since Christmas. "You can't stop Bayern once they get on a roll. We'll have to watch ourselves the whole time," Wolf warned.

The visitors may be without regulars Markus Schroth, Markus Daun and Mario Cantaluppi, but Magath is in a position to field his first-choice side and is unlikely to ecperiment with the German Cup final against Schalke just two weeks away. "We have to stat turning our attention to Berlin, so we'll be taking the match very, very seriously," Kahn commented.

Furthermore, the champions are determined to extend their recent run of seven straight wins, with no-one in the camp even contemplating the prospect of a shock reverse in the Olympic stadium's swansong fixture. "Defeat? I'm not sure I know what that is anymore," Magath smiled.

Probable line-ups:
Bayern Munich: Kahn – Sagnol, Lucio, Kovac, Lizarazu – Deisler (Frings), Demichelis, Ballack, Zé Roberto (Schweinsteiger) – Pizarro, Makaay

1. FC Nuremberg: Schäfer - Reinhardt, Cantaluppi (Bosacki), Nikl, Lars Müller - Wagefeld, Larsen - Mintal, Sven Müller - Daun, Kießling

Referee: Lutz-Michael Fröhlich (Berlin)

Seriously, the Bundesliga is fairly balanced as long as Bayern plays CL football. If we can concentrate on each game there's no competition. The other teams better get their **** together.
