Over a third of Britons want England football captain David Beckham's picture on British bank notes, according to a survey released on Thursday(July 31).As novelist charles Dickens is replaced on some notes by scientist Charles darwin, a poll found that a quarter of those surveyed think that the faces featured on current bank notes are outdated.Beckham topped the Virgin Mone poll with 37% saying he was the figure they wanted to see on their bank notes.

LOL, more valuable notes tend to be bigger, so but Ann Widdecome or Rik Waller on them and you'd be a fucking millionaire ;)

If Beckham is going to be on the money, they will have to pay author rights(do they call it this?), so the pound's value would increase a lot.
