i like the profile, but i dont knoe why the front view doesnt look so similar..

Not so awful as it could be.
Try to improve him, for example use jaw wide or maybe face rounder and MAKE EYES smaller, try to make this. Also can try to move chin or jaw forward, if improve him a little bit he can be quite nice. Yeah and also play with mouth - lips (maybe try to close them). If you want you can send his face in FG file to me and I'll try to improve him - I'm not promising you a great update but I'll try to make my best. Also play with options called lips purcked or something like that and also make forehead smaller.
