And looks like Benfica have emerged as favourites to sign Brazilian hot-shot Renato from Santos, due to his agent's great relationship with Luis Filipe Vieira.

The trio (Vieira-Veiga-Bertolucci) is already working. I told you so ;)

But yeah, i would prefer Alex(Cruzeiro) instead of Renato, Alex is a real attacking midfileder...

Renato is joining either Bayern Munich or Bayer Leverkusen. Porto is more turned to Simone Perrotta or former player Carlos Paredes. And to youngsters João Vieira Pinto and Djalminha :rofl: :rofl:

Diego would be a safe investment if we could afford him, he'll develop into a world class player in 2 or 3 years and we would sell him to an Europe Giant for a sh*tload much like PSG did with Ronaldinho Gaucho.

Will be amazing and if we pay him as much as we're paying Zahovic I think he'd settle with that.

Diego Is delighted with Benfica interest acording to O Jogo.

The same paper tells that Benfica will sign with 5 Alverca players (Rodolfo Lima, Amoreirinha, Zé Rui, Manu and Artur Futre) but will loan them to SuperLiga teams next season (Belenenses and Estoril are the candidates), Bruno Aguiar and Ronald Garcia will return to Benfica after their loans to Alverca.

S.Perrotta is an Italian Internacional---playing at the Euro and Paredes is a great player. I would love JVP to play for FCP.

Djalminha would probably be better than Zahovic
