Good texture quality but I don't think this face expression resembles him that much as he's smiling rather seldom. I know usable pics are quite limited available but maybe you could improve resemblance if you still play a bit around in Oedit to improve the model (especially the eyes).

The hair texture at the front fits quite good I think but hopefully you can stretch the part of the hair model in the back to make them longer.
