Frenkie, I know this has been asked so many times. But how do you get your files below 1mb without losing quality?

I have Animation Shop 3 and I cannot get .gifs below 1MB for the life of me. I've used yoru method of Optimization,Crop and Resize - to no avail. My replay duration is 7 seconds TOPS. Is there any other freeware utility that you use to minimize them even more?

if i open avi (max 15-20MB) i use just "take one sample every" 2 frames

I think that could be my prob. I was selecting every 0 frame. Appreciate the response.
