Just went to a sweet show last night. Goldfinger and Sum 41. It would have been sweeter if Goldfinger was the headliner, but it was still extra sweet. After the show I got to talk to Goldfinger front man John Feldman, and he assured me that they will definitely be the headliner in many upcomming shows. He also tried to convert me to the Vegan lifestyle, but I wasn't into that.

He didn't mention anything about that, but I wouldn't put it out of the question. I know a guy who saw them in Germany, and I have a live album that takes songs from an English tour, so they do go oversees. Plus they have an album comming out this month, so they'll want to promote it.

since i live in brazil i couldn't go to much concerts... a lot of bands i'd like to watch just don't come here to latin america  :(

anyway, the best ones i've ever been (date order):

03/14/2002 - São Paulo - Roger Waters

10/11/2001 - São Paulo - Eric Clapton

04/08/2001 - São Paulo / SP - Mark Knopfler

01/20/2001 - Rio De Janeiro - Neil Young [Rock In Rio]

01/13/2001 - Rio De Janeiro - Foo Fighters; R.E.M. [Rock In Rio]

09/08/2000 - São Paulo - Deep Purple w/ orchestra [Concerto]

THE WORST ONE: 08/09/1999 - São Paulo - Five :crazyboy: (I SWEAR I WENT THERE JUST TO MEET SOME GIRLFRIENDS!!! hahaha... and NO, I HAVE NEVER GONE TO ANOTHER BOYBAND CONCERT... (BSB, NSYNC, etc)) It was a horrible playback. During some songs I just couldn't hear the "band" (LUCKY!) due to the shout from all those girls!! :monkey: :mrpimp:

What's the name of that band that you told me about once? The one that used those folky sounds? (Don't know if it was folk, but was something out of the ordinary). I'd like to check it out! :)
