Ok, time for the dumb and pointless thread of the month. (I'm being ironic -> just read all the other threads here)


So what is the best music vod of all time? If you have the patience please post links.
Anyone posting hip-hop/rap related **** will be automatically banned.


For me I'd take any R.E.M. or Radiohead vids because they're all great. I especially like E-Bow the Letter (great lyrics) and No Surprises.
Btw, does anyone here agree that lately we don't see anything fresh in the vid dep.? Music videos used to be cutting-edge stuff, but now it's all so cliche, with the super slo-mo and all that crap...

It depends what you're looking for. Most videos are easily forgotten.

I have no links but here are a few that stick in my mind, the most memorable and my favourite:
Green Day - Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)
SOAD - Aerials (quite f*cked up)
Blink 182 - Stay Together for the Kids
Metallica - The Unforgiven & The Unforgiven II

You may not agree but they come to mind for me.

I'm not very good on videos, dont have MTV or anything so I pretty much just hear the music I listen to.
