best option file out?

anyone recommend the best option file. In terms of best i mean up to date stats as when i play a league chelsea for instance are not the best team and the final position of teams does not reflect their true quality. This is probably due to player stats not up to date with the end of the season.
I've tried the PLF data option file and Wolf FM2005 when it 1st came out which are nearly the same gameplay wise.

The PLF option file is the best out for stats realism.

my one will be out tomorrow or today With all kits done all formations done for top international and all english clubs top italy and spain formations as well all transfers up to date to day all stadiums done just want to make sunderland and a few good teams that arent in it all the numbers are correct all leagues correct tryed to get the boots as close as i could and i have done stats for young players (c.ronaldo , rooney , basten sweinsterger ,robinho etc)and players who played really well but were not considered top players,(Heinze,cesc,essien,some psv players,etc)
so try out mine it should be out today or tomorrow
