I was thinking that we could make a thread, and you post good, cheap players. People often make a thread like "Cheap Young Striker" or "Defender Needed"... wouldn't it be better, to have all of them in one thread? Then when someone needs a player, he could just come here, and check.

Well... at first i dont won any league because i boughts only youth players.. but on 2005 i have a beatiful team... greatest young players and cheap:

Robert Vittek (Media Punta y Delantero) Eslovaco (i think..).
Alessandro (Delantero Centro) Brasilero

Delantero Centro = Center Forward
Media Punta = Betwen Midfied and Forwar for the sides... i dont know the exactily word on english...

Derek Boateg- best, best, best! Striker

There is a Greek goalkeeper in AEK Athens... don't remember his name, but he's good!

van den Ban- also a good goalie!

Pawel Brozek- if he's on ur game, don't even think- GET HIM NOW! Striker

Lucas Pavlovich and Quintana- Newell's Old Boys- both are great, esp. when they play together

Fernando Torres(ST) - Atletico Madrid. Awesome stats by the time he's 20(2004)

Joe Cole(AML/C) - West Ham

Youssouf Hersi(AM) - Ajax. In some games he's very good, but in others not so good.

Jonas Lunden(AMR/C) - IFK Goteborg. Very cheap - only 230K(pounds)

Mitei Marel Radoi(DC) - Ajax

Rafael van der Vaart(ML/C) - Ajax

Check out Ajax and PSV for good young players because they're packed full of talented youngsters.

Radoi doesn't play on Ajax he plays on Steaua !

Out of all of the so-called "gems" from the youth players list, the ones i've had extreme success with in Roma are Julius Aghakowa (19 - AM/F RLC) and Isaak Okoronkwo (23 - D RLC). The 2 young Nigerians seem to always produce when in my lineup. Okoronkwo plays central defender (right now left back because Candela's injured) for me, while Aghakowa has played mostly center midfielder because Totti plays attacking midfielder. I play a 4-1-2-1-2 by the way. Aghakowa is 4th in scoring only behind Batitstuta, Montella, and Totti. Totti had gotten an 8 match Serie A ban for kicking a player, so then I moved Aghakowa to AMC and he excelled. A good player at MC, a great player at AMC.

Both play for Shaktar (Ukraine). Both values are cheap, but it took me 6 million pounds for Okoronkwo and 5 million for Aghakowa. Well worth it.

Sorry 'bout that :sheepish look:. I'm in 2005/2006 and he just moved from Ajax to Inter and I assumed he began at Ajax.

btw I also forgot to mention Pablo Aimar of Valencia(i know that one for sure:)). An absolute gem of a buy. What do you guys think of Lucas Neill? He isn't a young star, but if any of you have bought him before, what's the best position for him to play in?

Well.. there is a difference between yours players and my players... because i play with Boca, a sudamerican team.. and the most of players of goods teams like Ajax dont want to come to southamerica (Boca is better than Ajax but they dont want to come to Argentina :(. )

Then.... i only buy african, southamerican and east europe players... then i have to tell you that Alessandro (Brazilian) is one of the best forward of the game... on 2003 he is 20 and is the star of Brazil U-21 and Inter wants to buy me about 25 million dollars.. but of course i didnt sell it (Chelsea offer my about 37 by Riquelme.. and i say no, then Roman now hate me...).

Alessandro is the best and Roman of course..

Pawel Brozek - Wisla (hmm.. young god )
Mateusz Zytko - Slask (for average teams - give him some time)
Pawel Stasiak - Widzew (good at DM - he won't replace Veira,
though - :p )
Piotr Frankowski - don't remember the club ( don't look at his
stats - he will improve big time!)

SHAKHTAR have some usefull players:

Julius Aghahowa ( which time is he mentioned :) )
Isaak Okoronkwo ( simply rulez )
Assane N'Dyaie ( not that young yet cheap & useful)
Their goalkeeper is a fair player too.

Marat Ismailov - Lokomotiv Moscow

There's some guy in Swedish 1st division but i don't remeber the correct spelling of his last name: ERIKSSON or sth ( pretty Swedish ). HE is sub-20 and plays at MC. In his second or third season he becomes a real genius of football.

Mark Vivien-Foe is my latest discovery ( he's certainly not young
but he rocks), he plays somewhere in French 1st
division.

These are some of the players that i found to be good during my real madrid game. Some of them are expensive though but not for big clubs.

Aimo Diana (parma): a great right back and can also play as a defensive midfielder...better than thuram.

Chris Adami: also a right back...cheap and not bad. Has good
pace and tackling skills.

Marc vivian foe: Great and very cheap defensive midfielder. Never refuses to come to any club. He`s not that good when he plays on the center circle but he`s very good when he plays just infront of the centeral defenders.

Matthew Holland (ipswitch): Also a great defensive midfielder with very high work rate and he can play infront of the defenders or in the center circle.

Wael ryad (Al-Ahly): Very good attacking midfielder...train him for a couple of seasons then try him. In my real madrid game he forced Zidane to sit on the bench.

why have u just stopped my post, I didnt mean buy the whole lot of them and anyway other people have put Saviola etc.
