Are they still in Pro Evo? I've scored few scissor kicks in Pes5 but I haven't even seen player trying to make the overhead scissor aka bicycle kick.
This was always kinda holy grail since Pes3 and unfortunately I never managed to score one, but sometiems there was an animation with player atempting to make it. I've played Pes5 for some time now and never ever seen anyone trying, not mine nor cpu's players.
Have you?
Any hint's on how to accomplishe them?

Yes it is i had Kaka trying to make a scissor kick as a lob over the keeper...looked amazing...unfortunately the kick was too low and keeper grabbed it!

Btw it happens random i had Maradona in previous edition scoring a beauty!

A guess would be square+directional stick towards goal while ur player is standing with his back to goal and the ball needs to be bouncing...so obviously a lot of thing has to happen at the same time and not to forget it has to be a skilled player!

i remember scoring one bicycle kick with ballack on Pes3, since Pes4 i've only seen attempts to do them, but players either fail to hit the ball, or blast it away..

i've seen the cpu try one. Tried it from outside the box and blasted it about 100 feet over the crossbar.

This is one of the things I love about the PES series. You can literally go years without seeing a overhead kick goal... That makes scoring them (or even seeing them) really special.

Actually its not random. All shots, headers etc are dependant on the height of the ball and the players position (and of course technical abilities). You can move you player in position with R2 while ball i airborne and make spectacular goals (volleys, diving headers, scissorkicks etc.). :lui:

I scored one in PES4, it was a fairly lacklustre one. I was about 10 yeards out, Morientes hit one that trickled past the keeper

Van Nistelrooy attempted one in my game. Blasted it way over the bar though. It was a proper one, with the jump and everything.

Yeah, Raul tried one for me but the angle was akward so he missed. But it was a proper bicycle kick.
