Big file error and some imported faces repeated texture ingame

Hi, i've this problem in every Fifa, some faces i import, when playing a match appear th same texture in diferent player. For example, i've imported Jesus Navas and Luis Fabiano face, i go to edit player, and eachone appears with his right head, but ingame, luis fabiano has navas texture.

Another problem is the big file i use to import unedited faces was broken when i'm trying to install a walczu face, and now i can open it. only with eagraph but i can't open some files. i've tryng rebuilding index with fathbuilder 0.90 monkeydragon rebuilder or file master 08, but i cant fix this problem.

Some ideas?
