I assume you're talking about PES 2008 as you did not specify to which PES version you are referring.

If so, forget what RE said cuz for now kitserver 7 does not include the kit importing feature yet, it's still in development.

For unlicensed teams such as ManU, you cannot import the kit textures yet as there are no separate kit-files in the img file existing which you can replace.

Unfortunately, you must wait until kitserver will include this feature.
