Black and White screens

When i open the demo on my laptop i get only a black screen with White bars where the images are supposed to be.

Anyone else got this problem???

The GFXcard is a ATI Radeon Mobility (not sure which one).

it seems like it. But how to solve it...
I can't find new drivers for my videocard and i already installed DX9
