Black tearing on screen - Fifa 16 Origin install with patches

I have installed 6.0 and 6.1 (FIFA Infinity Patch 16 V6.1)
I had no issues on 6.0 having played entire FA Cup campaign or single match Kick Off. Not tried any other tournament mode on it.

Following is on premiership tournament on 6.1. It also occurs on kick off single match.

It is also causing GPU usage to reach 99% at times and CPU is reaching high temperatures (into 60s). It rarely reaches this given the water cooler.
Also playing at 1920 x 1200.

Machine spec as below and it's not related to a damaged graphics card.

Any advise?
