I change Mansfield Town ---> Aldershot, Wrexham ---> Exeter in the JPT and League Cup and Aldershot ---> Mansfield Town, Exeter ---> Wrexham in Blue Square Premier then save, close CM. Reopen CM, and Mansfield Town & Wrexham are back again in the JPT and League Cup. Can you spot my mistake?

The problem is that you are changing the teams not the references to league positions. You need to click on the team button and change Team "23. classified of League: Coca-Cola Two" and "Team 24. classified of League: Coca-Cola Two" to "Winner of League : Blue Square Premier" and "Winner of Final : Blue Square Premier Playoff". This should update the teams automatically.

Fantastic work guys! You make a very good team i must say! Also great news on the lower leagues! I am also about to release first proper beta of my FIFA Manager Patch and thanks to you, it's looking really good. When im done with this first thing im gonna do is have long game of your beta.

I will export the updated cups soon as I have made the corrections and they work in tournament mode for me (they have not been tested in career mode yet). I have also made some updates to the FA Cup and Setanta Shield as some teams did not enter in the correct round. I have also updated the JPT as last years league 1 promoted teams entered instead of the championship's relegated teams. I also plan to update the league cup as it does not have the correct structure.

York City's callender shows problems as they are entering competitions they should not, I will test my game to see if the same problems exist. I will also test a few teams in career mode to make sure they are entering the correct competitions. I can not check that promotions and relegations work correctly as I am making alot of changes to the game and this will cause problems with a saved career (I would have to finish the season to see the changes).

I have also solved the no sponser money problem, the money was related to the league's prestige value. All the new leagues had values of 0 and these have now been changed to 3 for the national division and 2 for the north and south divisions. Sponsers now offer money!

Goooner: Thanks, the final version is not too far away so you might get to play with that instead. It should include all the missing gk kits for you patch.

Here is an update for the english cups. This should hopefully solve your problem scout. There is no point in making another beta right now as the tournaments are the only major update.

-League Cup structure is changed to the real structure (1st round is staged over 2 rounds in game as there are too many ties to fit in one round, like the new FA Cup)
-League Cup and JPT now include teams promoted from conference national instead of teams relegated from league 2.
-JPT now has championship relegated teams instead of league 1 promoted teams.
-All competitions now have teams entering at the correct stage.

Attention! After that I made them lose playoff game (remember, they finished second), they were not promoted and despite this played in the JPT and League Cup next season. Why? Because actually they were "2.classified of League: Blue Square Premier".
I know, it doesn't happen too often, but you should be warned beforehand. And this is the only bug I've found.

I think it should be like this:

This is great news. Thanks for testing an entire season.

I already know about the bug you found, if you enter teams in cups by playoff finish, they are not selectable in tournament mode. This was the closest solution found.

I chose the league prestige values with the future level 7 patch in mind (these leagues would be 1) however if you think the sponsership money is currently too much I will change it to your suggestion.

I think the patch is nearly finished now, I think jorge might make a few more gk kits first though. I was thinking about one more beta version soon, this will become the final version if no changes need to be made.

I also think we should add the FA Trophy. Since there are plans to add level 7 teams in the future, this competition will be different from the Setanta Shield. Also if you wanted to avoid the extra fixtures in career mode you could uncheck "Appears in career mode". Would you be able to make the trophy graphic?

I will change the prestige values to your suggestions, the levels have already been fixed. That is quite odd in the EFA (UEFA) Cup, the Coca Cola Championship winners (West Brom) are in the group stage as well. I do not think that it is our patch which made the changes, rather mistakes by EA (can anyone confirm this?). There is a Champions League patch (with an updated UEFA Cup i think) http://files.filefront.com/UEFA+PATCHcmp/;13261051;/fileinfo.html. I have downloaded it but have not imported it yet. If this has an improved UEFA Cup there is no point in us making changes if it has already been done.

Thanks for checking. I was planning to add a few lower divison teams to the patch initially but instead I am going to add them later. I plan to add the Northern Premier League (Unibond League) and if Complex01 or anyone else helps then also the Southern and Ismithian leagues. Plus maybe a few other teams but these would just be added to cups (any requests?). A generic set for these divisions would be great.
