Board Disappointed

I have just finished my first season as Rochdale. I won the LDV Vans Cup, The English Cup, The League Cup and came top of the Division. This I would have thought would be pretty good but the board popped up a message saying they were "disappointed with my performance". They then gave me a satisfaction rating of 98%. Has this happened to anyone else? If so why has this happened, is it just a bug in the game or is it something I did.

it happened to me as well on my first season. I was at Leyton Orient and won every cup I played in, and even won the league with a big advantage, but they were still unhappy. I haven't had this through any of my other seasons though, and I'm on my 4th now

Hi Gill, thats exactly the same as me. I was with Leyton too, had max points in the league, board was unhappy. It was also 98% satisfaction, after that I moved to Man City, Roma, Arsenal and now Real Madrid. I've been given 99% all the time and the board is always happy, so I guess you've to hit 99% satisfaction before you'll get a nice msg at the end of the season.

i have 2 careers. one i started at hearts (scottish), moved later to rangers, man utd, barcelona and now ac milan. i topped the table and didnt lose a single game, won every cup i competed in. but i never got a complaint. i then started a second career at wycombe. i havent lost yet and beat chelsea in a cup.

the reason i blve for the managerial complaints is because your players might be too worn out. if their fitness is below 40, they will all start complaining the moment u lose a match. For me, at man utd, Rio Ferdinand complained that he didnt like my managerial style because his fitness was only 33 and I accidentally played him. Then my confidence level dropped from 98 to 84. Bloody hell..

You know how to get 100% approval? On the last day of the transfer windows sell all your star player and bring in new ones. Do this only if u feel comfortable that you will acheive same results (win cup, league etc.) with the new lads. Good luck!

Jon7Cristiano I don't think it's the fitness thing as I have been very careful to monitor the fitness of the players. I had 2 star fitness by the end of the first season, to allow for the large volume of games played. Personally I think this is just a programming error by EA; the board can't possibly be disappointed with 98% that's just stupid.

Bro wat season are u in now??? on the first season u do u cant get 99% u can only get 98 but after that u can get 99 and its not that hard either... so ur either a **** player or u havent started ur second season

Rochester Rhino, as I said b4, I like your style but I ain't a lier. It's a proven fact! If you unload all your star players and bring in new lads who will carry the team (the fututre is bright) than the board will give you 100% if you accomplish all that is out there for you to grab.
