The yellow cards accumulate across games until a player reaches a limit defined for each competition at which point they get a one match ban. In fact, the number of cards is only kept in two categories - domestic and international (eg. ECC, EFA) - so if you are playing in England in the Prem, for instance, then the yellow cards you get in league matches plus those in the League Cup and the English (FA) Cup are tracked and once you reach five, which is the limit for all three of those competitions, you get a ban. This works roughly the same way in all countries, but the limit differs, so in the Brazilian competitions it is only three and in Italy just two.tim_ver said:so If I get a yellow card how does this card thing work? If you get a red how long are you out for etc...??
