hy first unzip those files from bootsinstaller3.zip to fifa2004/data than open the boot installer v3.0 and choose a boot for your player when you finish choose close and than open Creation Center and chose your player and select the boot name that you selected in boots installer 3
and is it working i need to now!!

no it aint workin, i extracted the files into the data folder, opened it, clicked white boots, clicked close, went to cc2004 and selected ronaldo, whit boots, apply, went into the game and every1 that is meant to have white boots had funny orange 1s

cristiano ronaldo wears white as default, but when you play the game they are orange and green, its the same with anyway who wears white, i tried it with the black ones aswell same outcome

yup....all the players have orange boots and its written ot them texture or something..
