Look at this,

there are some videos in youtube, search them. You`ll need a photoshop plugin, around 16mb, (Nvidia Photoshop Plugin). Also the boot on the top (right boot) is a mirror image of the boot below (left boot) so you have to flip the text (T90) like so,

so does your adidas logo, like so,

Keep making them, they are nice and clean, also add some details to the sole. Bye and good luck.

For reflex ,open boot in photoshop.
Select saturation and change the values.
Hue 310
lightness 60
saturation 90

He isn't a fraud, he created his own templates that completely repeats Midway's ones. I think LexLehich has done big work and if he'll fix some mistakes and make other colourways, it would be nice

I dont think he has done anything good he just copied those textures. If he really know how to make boots then he would have made bumps and reflex. Since the guy who made this boots didnt made bumps and reflex Lex was unable to copy that. Abosolute thief.

Well, the boots are based on but the guy is skilled, seams are fine and the effects are ok. Give him the chance to grow, it would be profitable for the community.

This is a guide how to make bump (I don't remember who wrote it, but it isn't mine):
"if you have Photoshop use the NVIDIA Plug-In... install it - open da image you want bump> now go to filters >Nvidia tools>normalMap> and select the option you feel is more good for rflx go to image> adjustments>channel mixer> and play with the values."
