You need Jenkey's "FIFA File Explorer 2014" (just google it) and I had problems with the sizes, just use the files shared below (rename with boot number you want):

here they are, the shoe_255 are the 512X512 Textures, shoe_257 the 1024X1024 for principal texture, 512X512 for bump and reflex, and the shoe_65 all of them in 1024X1024 http://www.mediafire.com/download/5kecvkthvb590e1/Rx3s.7z

I think the problem with stripes is due to FIFA14 3D model, perhaps with the model that we used in FIFA13 would look better. Although I can not say that they are different. Someone may upload the 3D Model of FIFA13 in case?

Believe me, there's a huge difference, and I prefer the new model, studs location and some curves are better, but if you want fifa13 files are un the link below
