I don't now what you did by I think you can easy repair this fix!
1. Install Boot Raptor 2004 from www.socceraccess.com
2. Next install Boot Revolution 2004 Worldwide version
I think that's all ! ;)

This happened to me last night.....I replaced zdata_04 because when you install this it replaces some of the leg textures and they can become unstable. Once you replace zdata_04 from the CD it works again.....also the faces you install in zdata_04 cause the file to become unstable.....that is what caused this for me.....I then had to reinstall all of the EPL kits (they are in zdata_04).....
now my boots look good.....but the faces are what cause lots of problems
