First of all i just want to say to everyone that PES is a great game, nooone is saying its not, but both games have different styles. PES is based more on the reality of the game, and fifa is based more on scoring unbelieavable goals, hearing the croud shout there hymns and making your opponent look stupid while doing a ronaldo move etc. I've played both games through the years, and i like both.
PES has an amzing realism gameplay of how football is, passes goal scoring and movibility.
but fifa, is just different guys, in order to like fifa you have to know how to play it, and i dont mean, you buy it play it for 2 days and say you dont like, how about playing it for 2 months and master it, once you know how to do all the moves, how to shoot and do stuff that your opponent cant to will make this a really fun game. Last year i heard so many people say you know fifa 2003 sucks cause this and that, then month and half later, same people where telling me, damn fifa is so cool, did you see that goal. My not be as real as pes2, but you can score amazing goals more often than pes2, and do more dribbling moves. How many people watch football games and see ronaldo or henry and all this great dribbling player do **** that you would dream of doing, but in fifa U can do this, and while playing this against someone and doing it you feel like you just amde that move and scored and amazing goal. I feel like PES is easier to amster than fifa. I played fifa 2003 for a year allmost every day and still month before fifa 2004 was out, i still found out new moves and new kinds of goals. Yeah outside shooting in fifa 2003 or other might not be realistic in every day football, happend once in a while, but still when you do it, you get so excited cause you just scored and unbelievable goal.
2004: i bought it yesterady started playing it, and it seemed frustrating at the begining cause it was so difficult and plus i am used to play pes 2 and fifa 2003. SO if you play fifa 2004 dont give up on it just playing it once, try to play it alot and you'' start getting the hang of it, and start doing nice moves, and nice goals while time passes, same sh#t happend last year, it took time to lear it, but once you do its amazing. I think FIFA 2004 is a great game, not only does it have all the leagues and major stuff to do, but it all has the major anthems of FANS in a stadium. While i was plyaing against madrid in there stadium, I could help to hear all the anthems, and the amazing thing is that when i went to madrid to watch a game in the BErnabeo stadium, does where the SAME songs, and you could feel like you where actually there, every time you score all your fans, i dont know, its excitement. Graphics unbelievable.
To conclude i just want to say that these are both great games, i think you shoudl play both, it a personal opinion cause i know that if you get the hang of fifa, fater a while trust me you are going to have alot of fun, I still play PES cause sometimes i like to switch styles, and that is what it is guys, 2 different games for to different kind of gameplay and excitement, it depends on the persons likeness nothing else.

Make of this whatever you want, but i will still keep playing fifa and pes, noone is going to make me believe fifa is a bad game cause whoever says that means they bought it, expected it to be like PES, and when they saw it wasnt they just through it in a closet, instead of trying to master it, which is what you should do, and you will deffinetely see tha difference.
