brightness/contrast fifa 2004

I seen a download available in here not so long ago and I cant find it now, can someone point me to it please.

It allows you to adjust graphics brightness/contrast etc in fifa 2004 without the need to go into control panel etc, it does it while your in the game....I hope iam not talking crap and imagining things, hehe...

Someone please advise.....
