Brightness/contrast tool, where do I get ?

Where do I get the tool that adjusts the brightness/contrast etc in game on fifa 2004 rather than having to go into control panel etc ????

I posted in this forum for this same thing before, I was advised to check out breamster and socceraccess but the links the people gave didnt seem to work, breamster's downloads arent working just now and in socceraccess web site I couldnt find the tool, I dont even know what the tool is called ????

Someone please advise me a.s.a.p....
