No, the heads of it is me and tokke001, we are the leaders of this idea and company(not official registered and made a brand). We are looking for people that have knowledge in PR-Affairs, Programming, Graphics design, Sound design, Business-Management(if we lack of legal info, etc.).

I wrote tokke001 that you guys asked about this, he also does a great modification/patch for FIFA 11 here in the forums. Check it out, it also inspired me in the idea and thinking together with tokke001 what we could do to achieve a great goal, sooner or later with making a real new game and a new company who provides it.
