Presuming u're not joking here, Anaesthetic creams will do you very little good. And should only be used with very mild forms of your condition.
I suggest you consult your physician to determine the degree of hemorrhoids, and from there, many treatment options will spring.
A new cream on the market would be "GTN" (Especially if spasm is the main source of your pain). Unlike anaesthetic creams, it is considered a curative remedy. However it causes a throbbing headache, it is advised you administer "Profen" before application.
As I said, consult your physician, and there are many office-based therapeutic remedies that would relieve your problems.
Till then, I suggest you eat a high-fiber diet and administer Lactulose to avoid any constipation.
