Can I convert PES4 OFs to PES5 OFs?

If so then tell me how please! I have searched every site I can think of to no avail. I have tried PESFan Editor and PESOFEditor but they will only open new PES5 files. When I did the built in converter from Konami for WE9 (PC) it stripped out too many appearance options.

Someone please help. I know there has got to be a way to do this.
