Do you mean beside registered users, does guests see kits made by users here? Anybody can see it.

if im not wrong, no. when u play online with other people they cant see ur edited files ingame because they dont have them..

they see the default kit.. i mean the kit that the game brings, like for example, if u have added the 12/13 barcelona kits to ur game and u play with a person who doesnt have added any new kit, he will see the 11/12 kits, the ones that the game brings

does any db editing,like kits,balls,boots etc. affect the online play ?

i mean crashes and other stuff

From what I know, you won't be able to play, since the db is not the same.
