Q : IF THEIR IS NOT, WHY DON'T SOME ONE MAKE IT?

Q : I HAVE A P-4 1.6ghz, WINDOWS XP , 160MB RAM, 60GB HDS, 32 MB 3D CARD,ETC. WHY DOES'T THE GAME RUNS PROPERLY IN 600X800 RESOLUTION. THE GAME RUNS LIKE WHEN A MOVIE RUNS WHEN THE CD IS ALL SCRACHED UP ?

2/ your problems with the game speed may be caused by a problem with your graphic card. Do you have a FIFA 2002 supported type? Do you have the latest drivers?
