Can we use career mode teams during normal matches?

As stated by the title, if i can use the team i have in manager mode in normal matches. Thanks to those who help ans this question! If can could you guys tell me how? Really appreciate it!

Correct me if I'm wrong but, I do not think you can because when you get out of Manager Mode it reverts back to the original squad file.
