good one Carlos*ie. I saw this guy on realtv that was boucing the ball on his head and was dong it all day. But they only show parts of his day. I think he's got the world record for the biggest headache.

That's a good move, i've only done it at school against my class and greek school against the little kids. But, when i play for a team with disipline, everyone tells me to stop playing fancy.

And Coon, the shin move you say is the next move I wanna learn to do cause its kinda rare, and looks cool :D

At training I thought I'd give it a try, but I was almost a 100% certain that I couldn't do the move, however I somehow lifted it up and since then I've been doing it over and over again. I pop it up and then start jugling. Try it in grass first and then move on to nice flat surfaces.

my favourite trick gotta b the rainbow flick. I've managed 2 learn every trick I've attempted. Practicing tricks is good, if u screw up a trick, u might end up performing a trick accidentally, if u work on that accidental trick, u could turn it into a really successful one. I've done that about 5 times

back in the day, when i lived in london, i could do many tricks etc. and i was asked to go to trials for some big team... unfortunatley i told my coach that i didnt want to... i regret it to this day

when i was 11 (in england) i could do the flick over my head, i could do the ronaldinho move (that he did in a game for PSG, which after it he crossed the ball and they hit the bar twice)... i could curl it really well with my left foot with power (just as good at that still) and i could dribble very well too... i never really tried to do kickups after 10 years old (when i was 10 i did 53 of em)

Coon, nice site. A lot better then Gimako. Do you do lettering? You should order a bulk of BundesLiga kits. ;)

When you play a game you find that the ball bends at all the wrong times...most of the time when you got o shoot, dont worry about it just know that if you hit it int he middle the ballg oes straight(or almost) as you move to the sides they bend, kick it on the right and it goes left, kick it on the left it goes on the right...

I can do lot of moves... but I did only 2 in the tryouts on Thursday and Friday. I am hoping to show myself on Monday since it is the last day before the team is picked.

If you want a great shot on goal from not too far away try with your opposite foot. For me when I hit it with the left it bends so much and stays very low to the ground, usually it is off target but if you are like 10 yards away give it a go.

Can anyone tell me what to eat because I get so damn tired after the practice, my mouth feels all salty and very, very dry. We can't even drink water and the temperature is like 90 degrees.

hey totti also don't drink any carbonated drinks, but drink water all day long. Trust me It'll help. If the try outs are on Monday than eat a good portion of pasta the nigth before and don't forget about the breakfast on the morning which should have more nutrients than you'd get on lunch, just don't forget about the water.

Within 20-30 minutes after practice, you need to get yourself a 32-64 oz bottle of Gatorade or some other energy drink. Make sure that you drink it all right after the session because it will rehydrate you and replenish your body. If you do this, you will not feel as tired throughout the day.

However, make sure that you don't drink Gatorade about 20-30 minutes before practice because it will give you cramps like hell while playing.

Thanks guys but my schedule is very different.

6:00 AM - Wake Up
6:10 AM - Eat 4 eggs
7:30 AM - Leave for School
8:00 AM - 1st period
9:00 AM - 2nd period
10:00 AM - Snack (What to eat???)
10:20 AM - 3rd period
11:20 AM - 4th period
12:30 PM - Lunch (What to eat???)
1:10 PM - 5th period
2:10 PM - Soccer Practice/Tryout

here is the menu at my school:
Snack: Bagel, Burito, Danish, Grilled Cheese, Chips, Chicken Soup, Donuts.

Lunch: Pizza, Big Burito, Tuna Sandwich, Beef Burger, Chicken Burger.

This what happened on Thursday; I ate a Bagel at snack, pizza and Big Burito at lunch and I felt like **** when I was playing.

Friday: I ate 3 small burito's at snack and drank Minute Maid Lemonade at lunch, I still felt like **** when playing even worse than the day before. The salty feeling in my mouth after 50 munutes of running and playing 4 vs 4 soccer just killed me. My mouth was like all dry and I couldn't even spit. So what should I do tomorrow?

and plus here in Los Angeles the weather is so HOT around 2-3.
