I've just released a very quick patch for the Canada National Team. You can grab a copy over at FIFA CONCACAF .
Using the Creation Centre, this patch will put in the Canadian National team, Home/Away and 3rd Jersey and Canadian Flags/Supporters Banners.
It's a bit of a rush job and I'm hoping to release a better more comprehensive one later after I've had a chance to figure out the best way to work around EA's crappy Creation Centre - but I just couldn't stand not having at least something resembling the Canadian National Team in FIFA 2003.
