Cant access any folder on my PC

I,m not entirely sure how this happened (mut be some sort of virus)but i cant access any folder on my pc, even when i double click My Computer nothing happens, ive run Adawre,Spybot and Macafee VS(updated) to delete certain files, and i still cant open any folder after so may restarts. I can get into the start menu and launch programs etc even those on my desktop, but no folders therefore i cant get into my control panel as well.

When i restart and launch Task Manager i noticed cpu usage is not OTT, but when i double click a folder(and of course nothing happens) CPU usage shoots up to 100%. I have a 512RAM with adequate virtual mem assigned etc.

PLEASE Help!!!:(

This might work:

Press <ctrl, alt, del>
Go to 'Processes'
click on 'explorer.exe' and end the process
go to 'File' -> 'New task'
restart 'explorer'
reboot

No guarantee, but this works if explorer crashed earlier.

Go into Folder Options and hit the View Tag at the top. Hit the Restore Defaults option and see if that makes a difference.

Might not work htough cos My Computer is't really a folder but it may work.
