can't change jersey number through fed2002?

Is there a program where I can change the jersey number, but still have the commentator say the player's name on the game?
*i think that if I change that within the game, he (commentator) doesn't say the name of that player anymore.

FED2002 can change the squad numbers of players - just bring up the formation screen and then right-click on the name of the player you want to change!
