Problem as described in the title! I'm trying to create the latest thread for the UEFA Cup PL, but I am seeing this message when I press on the New Thread button:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

Have you read the announcement? You need to post in an existing thread and then wait an hour, then you should be able to create a thread in prediction league forum. This rule doesn't apply for this forum and the introduce yourself forum. :)
