Can't get crowd in stadiums

Hi, i'm working on a dutch eredivisie patch, but we've got a problem. Helmond Sport and I have converted some stadiums of Pro Evolution soccer to FIFA 08. The stadiums works great but we've got only one problem: we don't know how to get crowd in the stadiums (and the adboards). Also i'm asking what I must change to get the right clouds (i was playing on clear-day) but the clouds are black. Look at the screens below.

Please can somebody help us, because there are many stadiums we can convert, but we only don't know how to get the crowd in FIFA 08 (or FIFA 07)? Many thanks!
