Can't get in at school

Hey guys, whenever i try to go to SG at school, i cant get there

a download dialog box comes up and asks me to download something, then nothing happens.........why can't i get in?

that always happens to me when i use Internet Explorer. i had to download Opera to get on this site. i messed around with cookie settings like crazy but it didnt fix anything.

i cant ever access this at uni, it asks me to download something but then never works anyway, lol. Might be because of the uni firewall mind....

I'd think it's something to do with firewall settings, they're quite often set to block sites like this in schools and workplaces.

Same problem i had. Uni LANs cause users to only display their WAN IP address to the SG admins. The admins can't get their real IP address, so they block the WAN IP not kowing that it is not their real IP. Everyone within that area of the LAN gets blocked as a result.
