cant play Direct IP games :(

when i try to connect with my buddy, the game just freezes, and someone has to restart for the other to be able to get out of the game..... very odd

anyone else expiriencing this??

Are either of you using a router?

nope , non of us, no Firewall too, we can connect with fifa 2003 just fine. and ather online games as well

as far as i know direct ip didn't work for anyone...oh well - waiting for another patch i guess...even if it did work, there's no chat interface either....how console oriented can you get ...that's my only criticism of the game....

agreed, i dont understand why its so console Oriented, one woudl ahve to agree that the most Loyal Fans of the fifa series are the PC gamers, the most Community driven, we can edit the game ect ect,

i just dont understand it, ah well, hop ethe fix comes soon, otherwise my online fifa 2004 clan will be cancelled this year

hehe, its not launched yet, we were waiting for fifa 2004 to come out, and when it did it had no direct IP, so we waited, and well now.....

well it dont work

well it should be fixed sooner or later - can't imagine EAS would let that go...since 2001 Direct IP has worked fine (with chat interface too )

yeah i know, kinda odd they woudl leave out such an important feature, but at least its fixable being a PC game god Forbid this would have happened on the PS2
