I've just installed the game and it won't run!!! Keeps saying that I installed it incorrectly and reinstall it. I've done that a few times but it still doesn't work!!! help!!! i'm using Win 98SEcond Edition

Did you try to check the 3d setup thing. Sometimes you gotta do that to get it to run properly.

If you have the wa**z version get the reg file from the rip and run it.

still doesn't work

It is not a warez version. I bought the game today and installed it. I did the 3d set up thing and the game still won't run... help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do have the original CD of the game.. dammit. Maybe I should get it refunded and get the iso/warez version to play the game???

Hi ddt,

I had the same problem and got it solved by adding
3D=dx8z to the end of the command line, e.g. like this: "C:\Games\EA SPORTS\2002 FIFA World Cup\fifawc.exe" 3D=dx8z

At least it works if you're using Win2k, I'm not sure about Win98 but at least you can try it out ;)
