can't update roster ??

anyone else have this problem?
i press auto update and after 20 seconds it says can't do it at this time....it's been 4 days of this so i can't play online at all!!

i turned off firewall

can anyone help me?

I guess that this could be a reason.
If the patch edit "config.dat" file, put original config.dat in main folder with fifa 09 ( config.dat file you can find on your DVD with game), and then update.
