Career Mode crashing (using OcKham career patch)

I just finished my second season with Leyton Orient. Brought them up from Division 2 (year 1) to Division 2 (year 2) and just finished that season. When I renew with any team my game crashes to the desktop right after I select my sponsor and the game is scheduling the next season.

The only add ins I am using are:
- Creation Center 06 (changed several stadiums prior to begining career mode, including Orient's)
- Changed the default ball for Orient in the zdata files (at the start of season 2)
- Changed the Orient kits several times during my 2 seasons, using kit raptor
- Using boot raptor

Any ideas what my issue might be?
