Career Mode: Keep getting injuries!

Just started a new career with leyton orient.

First thing i noticed while playing was that my players were getting injured so easily!

after 20 minutes, 3 of them were injured already (with the injry sign next to their name)

They also had red flags next to their numbers in the substitution menu.

But non of them had been tackled.

What's going on here?

At the end of each game, i will have 5 players who end with injuries.

I turned injuries OFF in the game settings but i still keep getting them

Do the red flags mean something else?

I believe your players are actually getting "winded", or simply said...they're tired! What are the 'fitness' % for these players? less than 30 or 40%? Check their stamina, do they have a decent rating at least? If so, perhaps your problem lies in using 'sprint' too much? Try to become more tactical about your positioning, and don't panic if a player gets by you, switch off and prepare to stop him with your next defender. Sprinting to pursue a speedy forward can wear out your defenders in no time.

you must rotate your players. or else they will get injured easily. and also upgrades your fitness coach

that was the first game of the season

after that game, their fitness went down even more to 23%

The very first game of the season and their fitness is already down!

How do i increase it?

thanks for the advice. will try that tomorrow.
