Career Problem

i have a serious problem and i hope anyone could help me
i created many teams by cm 13 then i create a league for them and put them in then when i try to play with this teams in career mode the game crash
i tried to move a team to a different league but it also crashes could anyone help please ?

Don't Just Mess it UP man until the Ultimate Tools like CM13 and all comes about..and the CM13 You are using is nothing but a modified version of CM12..forcibly made compatible of FIFA13..so wait a bit..

You can't make new league's with CM13
