carreer with a big club

hi people

i would like to know how start a career with a big team (serie a, french 1st division, erste bundesliga and english premiership)
i have also downloaded carreer customizer by fifa international but the teams of english, french german and italian 1st divisions doesn't appears

how to resolve this problem

you can't start a career with a big team, you have to worl your way up to manage your team.
